PCO Medical – ONLY £ 75

All licensed London Taxi and Private Hire vehicle drivers need to be medically fit to the standards of Transport for London (TFL).

If you are not affiliated with TFL, please contact your local authority for more details.

Whether it’s a new PCO license or simply a renewal, a PCO medical (also called a TPH/204) by a GMC registered medical practitioner is compulsory.

Booking an Appointment is simple

Select the location you wish to have your medical assessment. We have various clinics across England.

Check documents and book accordingly including your TPH/204 TFL medical form.

Use our online booking system complete your booking. You will be required to provide your details and make payment online if applicable.

Your will receive a booking confirmation to your email address provided. Only then your booking is confirmed.

Medical Record
Will need your full medical record, we will not be able to continue your examination without this.
Glasses or Contact Lenses
Bring your driving glasses or contact lenses with your most recent prescription.
Medication List
Please bring your medication list/doses and medical conditions. A repeat prescription is preferred.
Arrive 15 minutes before
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment ( as there is a questionnaire to be filled in )
