Booking an Appointment is simple

1. Select the Location

Select the location you wish to have your medical assessment. We have various clinics across England & Wales.

2. Check your Letter

Check letter to see payment status and book accordingly. The letter will state if the appointment requires payment or not.

3. Book Appointment

Use our online booking system to book your appointment. You will be required to provide your details and make payment online if applicable.

4. Get Confirmation

Your will receive a booking confirmation to your email address provided. Only then your booking is confirmed.

Preparing for your appointment

Arrive 15 minutes before
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
ID Required
Please bring original photographic ID, your passport or drivers licence only.
GP Details
We will require your GP details, including name and address.
Medication List
Please bring your medication list.
Your Height & Weight
We would require your height and weight for the appointment.

Do I need to pay for my DVLA appointment?

Please check you DVLA letter to see payment status and book accordingly. The letter from DVLA will state if the appointment requires payment or not. It is important you know if you exempt from making a payment or not before making a booking.

If you do not wish to pay online, please bring payment to the appointment otherwise we cannot perform your medical assessment.

Appointment Cancellation & Refund

You can cancel your clinical appointment up to 48 hours prior to the appointment to obtain a full refund. The reason behind this is to allow a reasonable time for another client to take that booking spot vacated due to the cancellation. A refund can take between 5-10 working days to complete. There may be occassions where your appointment will be cancelled with late noticed, we will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund if payment has been made
